Repairs To Staircase In Blackheath, London

We were recently approached by a couple who are currently renovating their Georgian terrace property in South London, and they notice some of their treads and risers were in a poor state. We conducted a comprehensive site survey to evaluate the extent of the damage and determine the most suitable course of action. Upon assessing the condition of the staircase, we decided to replace five treads and six risers with the timber, Douglas fir. The workshop team took on the task of crafting and sanding the new treads and risers in our Colchester-based workshop.

Once the manufacturing process was completed, Nightingale Joinery’s skilled installation team proceeded to fit the new treads and risers into the existing strings.
