Bespoke Joinery, Balham, London
We worked with the main contractor to renovate this property for one of their private clients in Balham, London. The project aimed to create a modern contemporary family home featuring our bespoke joinery.
The scope for the project was to manufacture and install new wardrobes to the bedrooms, bathroom units and cistern tops in the bathrooms and a double sink table to the first floor.
The wardrobes were constructed from furniture grade Birch Plywood finished with clear lacquer, the doors were fully finished with PU spray applied paint, to contrast with the Birch Plywood.
The bespoke joinery bathroom units incorporated glass shelves, integral lighting and heated mirrors on the doors.
The cistern units were paint finished with solid Oak tops, which housed the concealed cisterns achieving a seamless appearance. Our bespoke joinery can completely transform the aesthetics of your home, making it more appealing overall.
The double sink table was produced with prime grade Oak finished with a clear lacquer resulting in a real contemporary style. As a company, we understand that modern aesthetics are in fashion. Our bespoke joinery can be tailored to have whatever look and finish you want!
As well as completing work upstairs, we also went on to work on the ground floor of the property.
In the kitchen, we manufactured and installed a fully fitted pantry unit with fridge freezer, additional storage units and a fully fitted laundry room with housings for the appliances. The spray-applied paint finish gave a clean, functional finish.
We also manufactured and installed storage units in the lounge and family room. These units were produced using Birch Plywood finished with pure white “Colorcore” from the Formica range.
